As the year winds down, it's important to take a moment and reflect on the year that was, the hi's, the low's, and everything in between. For us, 2019 has been a fantastic year filled with fun adventures and lots of delicious food. We also started a new gig as radio DJs on KISS 96.9 FM. If you had told us two years ago all the things we would be doing, we would have told you you're crazy! But here we are! And we are so very, very thankful!
We've said it before and we'll say it again: The best part of what we do through KTB is meeting so many great people. From distillery owners to restaurant owners, chefs, managers of historic sites, radio personalities, musicians, and everyday Joe's, our encounters with our fellow Kentuckians prove to us that our state is chock-full of wonderful, friendly people! We are so proud of our state and want to share our passion with everyone we meet, and that's exactly what we've done this year and hope to continue doing in 2020. Thank you for following along on our adventures and for suggesting new places for us to visit. We hope you see this as more than a blog. It is our desire to have a community of people that encourage one another to get out, explore and share the beauty of Kentucky with the world.
